Industry-research partnerships at Monash were fragmented across teams, slowing onboarding and reducing visibility into ROI.

My role

Business Analyst / PMO Lead — owned scope, cost, schedule, risk, communications, and Agile delivery planning.

Solution

Produced a complete PMO governance pack: charter, WBS, Gantt, cost baseline, communication plan, risk register, NPV/ROI model, and Agile delivery roadmap aligned with PMBOK practices.
